In creating the Phlypper, designers didn't simply "shrink" an adult PFD; they cut and sized the components from the outset to best fit smaller bodies. Deep cut armholes allow maximum freedom of movement whether it be paddling or swimming. Low profile foam, center-zip closure system with adjustable "belly" belt and elastic waist makes a PFD that'll be worn without complaint or resistance.
